We specialize in the production and machining of cast aluminum parts, boasting 13 years of experience in casting and machining. Our factory provides stable melting point control, alloy composition certification, and rigorous hardness and microstructure testing to ensure high strength and consistency in our products. We offer full OEM/ODM customization based on drawings or samples, including alloy adjustment, hardness control, heat treatment, and surface finishing. Flexible production planning allows small batches and large-scale orders with stable quality.

Quality assurance
Using direct-reading spectrometers, we verify the chemical composition of every melt before casting. The analysis ensures precise control of silicon, magnesium, copper and other alloying elements according to ASTM, EN or ISO standards. This prevents segregation, reduces casting defects, and ensures stable mechanical performance across mass production batches.
Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and impact values are tested in accordance with international standards. Test specimens are cast from the same batch to reflect real production conditions. This ensures the aluminum castings meet structural and safety requirements, providing customers with reliable load-bearing performance and long-term durability.
For pump housings, valve bodies and sealed enclosures, we conduct air or water pressure leak testing. Each part is tested under specified pressure levels to verify sealing integrity. This process minimizes leakage risk, improves product safety, and ensures stable operation in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
We conduct full dimensional inspection using calipers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Critical tolerances are verified according to customer drawings and GD&T requirements. This guarantees assembly compatibility, reduces machining corrections, and ensures consistency in high-volume production for automotive and mechanical applications.
We perform X-ray (RT), ultrasonic (UT), dye penetrant (PT) or magnetic particle testing when required. These methods detect internal shrinkage, gas porosity and hidden cracks without damaging the product. NDT enhances reliability for safety-critical components such as automotive housings and pressure-containing parts.
We control T5/T6 heat treatment to ensure stable strength and dimensional accuracy. Surface treatments are checked for thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance, including salt spray testing, ensuring durability and long-term reliability.
Brinell (HB) or Rockwell hardness tests are conducted to verify material consistency and heat treatment effectiveness. By comparing surface and core hardness values, we ensure uniform metallurgical structure. This guarantees wear resistance, machining stability, and performance reliability in demanding industrial environments.
