Reliable full-process quality inspection capabilities
To ensure that every casting product meets the consistency requirements of international customers for high precision and high reliability, we have established a comprehensive and sound testing process system, covering the entire process nodes of incoming materials, casting, machining, surface treatment and shipment. The testing standards are based on international standards (such as ISO, IATF 16949) and customer drawing requirements, covering key indicators such as size, tolerance, appearance, material, cleanliness and air tightness.
We ensure quality consistency through process execution – SOP operation instructions, standardized record forms and quality access control mechanisms are set up in the three key stages of first piece confirmation, process inspection and final inspection to ensure that each test is strictly implemented to avoid batch defects. At the same time, all test data are entered into the MES system in real time to support product-level quality traceability and review.
In terms of process effectiveness, we continue to carry out SPC analysis, defect trend identification and continuous improvement, improve the predictive ability and response speed of test results, and evaluate the process effectiveness through core indicators such as customer satisfaction, batch rejection rate, and first-time qualified delivery rate to ensure continuous optimization and stable operation of the quality system.

Strict quality control and traceability process, you don't have to take any risks
We strictly control the consistency of raw materials to ensure that the metal materials of each furnace are spectrally analyzed and correspond to the COA of the incoming materials, so that the source of each product can be accurately traced; our process parameters are automatically collected and monitored by the MES system throughout the process, and key data such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc. of each mold are recorded and available for inspection; once an abnormality occurs, we immediately start the closed-loop processing mechanism, from isolation, analysis to 8D improvement, each link has a basis to follow. It is this traceability capability that allows each of our die-casting parts to have an “identity”, “file”, and “responsibility”. We support 4 levels of traceability depth, batch level, furnace level, single-piece level, and process parameter level. Whether it is the automotive industry, medical device industry, or aerospace industry, we can meet the traceability requirements. Traceability = data-based trust, and what we want is trust, so we always do a good job of traceability.
With perfect industry certification, you can rest assured to cooperate
We strictly carry out customized processing according to the metal grades specified by customers (such as cast iron HT250, aluminum A356, stainless steel CF8M) and international standards (ASTM, DIN, JIS), and provide smelting composition analysis reports. For different casting processes, we will meet customers’ molding requirements for complex structures or thin-walled parts. Of course, you don’t have to worry about quality control, During the entire processing process, we will monitor the smelting temperature, pouring speed, and cooling time in real time, and our non-destructive testing (NDT) such as X-ray flaw detection and ultrasonic testing can achieve full inspection requirements. If you need it, we will provide material certification (MTC) and mechanical properties test reports. In addition, for customers in different countries, we support the provision of various certificate reports, such as: IATF 16949, PPAP, AS9100, ISO 13485, RoHS, REACH and ESG reports. Because our mission is to ensure “zero defect” delivery and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with more customers.

Sand Casting
Low cost mold | Highly complex shapes | Short delivery time and poor surface finish | Low dimensional accuracy
Sand casting is a very old and established process for manufacturing metal parts. Sand casting involves placing a bucket of molten metal material into a prepared sand mold. A sand mold is a cavity shaped like the desired product. After solidification, the molten metal takes the shape of the mold. Sand casting products are available in different shapes, sizes, and weights due to the process’s compatibility with complex designs. Moreover, the process is compatible with a wide range of metals and the use of sand makes it a cost-effective option.

Investment Casting
Casting various non-ferrous and ferrous metal castings
Investment casting is one of the most frequently used casting methods in manufacturing. Because of its advantages such as high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, complex design and fast production speed, etc., it has always been due to other casting methods. Of course, investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, utilizes a disposable pattern made of wax-like material to produce high-precision complex parts.

- Marine parts
- Engine components
- Prosthetics, implants and surgical equipment
- Automotive rockers
- Drivetrain components

Lost Foam Casting
High dimensional accuracy | High surface finish | highly-complex castings
Lost Foam Casting is an evaporative mold casting process that uses a foam model to create metal parts. The foam model is usually made of polystyrene (EPS), coated with a refractory material, and then embedded in sand. When the molten metal is poured into the mold, the foam evaporates, leaving a cavity filled with metal to form the final casting.
Similar to the sand casting method, lost foam casting uses sand to form a mold around the model. However, unlike other sand casting processes, lost foam casting does not require a sand binder. Instead, the model is placed in a steel box (or flask); loose sand is then poured into the flask and compacted around the model to form the mold. Of course, the main use of lost foam casting is still the manufacture of automotive parts.

High pressure die casting
Semi-solid die casting | High vacuum die casting
High-pressure casting principle: High-pressure die casting (HPDC) refers to a casting process for producing metal products. The process principle is to melt the metal solution at high temperature and pour the molten metal liquid into the injection pipe of the die-casting machine through the hopper. The piston or plunger moves forward under the push of hydraulic pressure or pressurized gas. The molten metal liquid fills the die-casting mold cavity, and is formed and solidified under the action of pressure to obtain a casting. Then the die-casting machine opens the high-pressure die-casting mold under the action of the oil cylinder, and the aluminum die-casting is taken out. This process is called high-pressure die-casting.
High-pressure die casting can produce various aluminum and magnesium structural parts:
- Engine block
- Gearbox housing
- Oil pan
- Engine bracket
Metal grades for die casting:
- Aluminum alloy die-casting grades: A380\ADC12\A360\A390
- Zinc alloy die-casting grades: Zamak 3\Zamak 5\ZA-8\Zamak 7
- Magnesium alloy die-casting grades: AZ91D\AM60B

Centrifugal Casting
Thin-walled cylindrical products
Centrifugal casting is a high-strength metal casting process that uses a rotating mold to produce cylindrical products, such as pipes. In this process, molten metal is poured into a rotating mold. As the metal flows into the rotating mold, centrifugal force distributes it evenly over the inner diameter of the mold. By adjusting the amount of metal poured into the cylinder, the thickness of the casting can be precisely controlled. The liquid metal cools and solidifies into a complete metal product starting from the outer surface in contact with the cylinder.

Gravity casting
High product density | Long mold life | High dimensional accuracy
Gravity casting is a metal mold casting process that relies on the molten metal’s own weight for stable filling, resulting in fewer shrinkage defects and a denser structure. It is suitable for medium-volume production and components requiring uniform wall thickness and good mechanical strength. Key features include long mold life, consistent dimensions, and better performance compared with sand casting.
