Quality Assurance & Control

At our forging facility, quality assurance and control are integrated throughout the entire manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to final delivery. All incoming materials are strictly verified against customer and international standards, supported by Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and chemical composition analysis using spectrometers to ensure full material traceability and compliance. During forging, key process parameters are closely monitored to guarantee proper deformation, grain flow, and structural integrity of each forging.

Dimensional inspections are conducted at defined stages using calibrated measuring instruments to ensure all forged blanks meet drawing requirements and machining allowances. After forging and heat treatment, mechanical property testing—including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact toughness, and hardness—is performed in accordance with ASTM, EN, or customer-specified standards. For pressure-bearing or sealing-critical components, additional inspections such as surface finish verification, sealing surface checks, and flatness or concentricity control are applied as required.

Non-destructive testing methods, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), or Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), are carried out to detect internal and surface defects. Final inspection ensures that all products conform to dimensional, mechanical, and functional requirements before release. Comprehensive inspection reports and quality documentation are provided with each shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS, TÜV, BV, or other authorized agencies is available upon request. Through a robust QA/QC system compliant with ISO 9001, we ensure consistent quality, reliability, and long-term performance of every forged component we supply.

All products come with UT testing, MTR reports, and complete material traceability.

Quality Assurance & Control
Heat treatment

Metal Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is a critical step in achieving the required mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and service performance of metal components. We provide comprehensive heat treatment solutions for castings and forgings, including annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, stress relieving, solution treatment, and aging.

Our experienced engineering team selects and controls the appropriate heat treatment process according to material grade, application requirements, and customer specifications. Strict monitoring of temperature, holding time, cooling rate, and furnace atmosphere ensures consistent hardness, strength, toughness, and microstructure throughout each production batch.

By integrating heat treatment with casting, forging, machining, and inspection services, we deliver fully finished components with reliable performance, reduced lead times, and complete traceability. Material certificates, hardness testing, mechanical property reports, and heat treatment records can be provided upon request.
