We use precision casting methods (such as investment casting, sand casting) to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish and internal quality. All castings will undergo strict non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection, pressure testing, and heat treatment.
We follow the core standard system of the oil and gas industry (API standard, ASME standard, NACE standard, ISO standard). Only production that meets the standards can produce reliable products.
For each casting, we provide traceability records to ensure complete batch traceability from raw materials (heat number) to final product, and we provide all material test reports, inspection reports, material certificates (MTRs).
