Density Capability
Our powder metallurgy parts achieve stable and controllable density levels across different materials:
Iron-based parts: 6.8–7.4 g/cm³
High-density iron: up to 7.45 g/cm³
Stainless steel: 6.9–7.3 g/cm³
Copper / bronze: 6.5–7.5 g/cm³
We control density through high-tonnage pressing, precise powder filling, and continuous sintering with N₂–H₂ atmosphere.
In mass production, density consistency can be maintained within ±0.05 g/cm³, ensuring stable mechanical properties.
Tolerance
Our powder metallurgy parts can achieve a typical tolerance range of
±0.03–0.08 mm, depending on the dimensions and material.
For high-precision applications, secondary processes such as sizing, CNC machining and grinding are available, enabling tolerances down to ±0.005–0.02 mm.
Press Capacity
Our powder metallurgy press capacity ranges from 15T to 800T,
enabling us to produce both small precision components and large structural parts.
This wide capacity range allows high-density compaction, stable dimensional accuracy,
and strong mechanical performance.
Sintering Capability
Sintering Capability
Our powder metallurgy parts are sintered in continuous controlled-atmosphere furnaces.
With a maximum temperature of 1150°C for iron-based materials and 1360°C for stainless steel in vacuum sintering, we ensure high density, stable microstructure and excellent mechanical strength.
The atmosphere options include N₂, H₂, N₂–H₂ mixtures, Endogas and vacuum, all monitored for dew point and carbon control.
Our mesh-belt furnaces provide a throughput of 500–800 kg/hour, with a temperature uniformity of ±5°C, guaranteeing high batch consistency for automotive and industrial applications.
Materials
Our P/M process commonly produces metal components including bushings, gears, sprockets, latches, hubs, gaskets, and self-lubricating bearings. Similarly, our P/M materials are carefully selected; we offer most mainstream P/M materials on the market to meet the diverse mechanical property requirements of various industries, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, fatigue strength, and impact resistance.

Quality Control Capabilities
We operate a strict quality management system to ensure every powder-metallurgy part meets customer requirements for density, dimensions, strength and consistency. Our factory is certified to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, supported by full PPAP, APQP and SPC control.
Our inspection equipment includes CMM, projectors, hardness testers, density testers, metallographic microscopes, universal testing machines, and chemical analyzers (C/S, O/N/H). For magnetic materials, we provide B-H curve and magnetic performance testing.
From incoming inspection, in-process control, to final inspection, each batch is fully traceable. Key parameters such as pressing density, sintering temperature curve and critical dimensions are continuously monitored.
With complete test capability, stable processes, and fast engineering response, we deliver reliable, consistent and high-quality PM parts for automotive, industrial and electrical applications.
Delivery Capability
We offer strong and reliable delivery capability through a highly flexible production system and well-organized supply chain. With in-house mold manufacturing, multiple automated pressing lines, continuous sintering furnaces, and efficient secondary machining, we can respond quickly to orders of different sizes.
For prototypes, we provide rapid tooling adjustments and fast sample turnaround. For mass production, our multi-line capacity and stable process control ensure consistent output and on-time delivery. All orders are planned and monitored through an ERP scheduling system, enabling real-time visibility from production to packaging.

Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

All raw materials come with MTC (material report), and of course we also support third-party testing (SGS/BV). Don’t worry about this, because we are engaged in cross-border trade business, and the certificates and qualifications are complete.

How about your delivery time?
The delivery time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. Special customized products may require a few days earlier or later depending on the quantity and processing complexity.

We will provide itemized quotations (such as mold fees, unit costs, and logistics costs) according to customer requirements.
Will the OEM products be sold to the third party?
Without the authorization of the customer, we will never do this, so we support the signing of NDA agreement to ensure your interests.
