Our factory production lines are equipped with a customized MES (Manufacturing Execution System)—capable, for instance, of automatically capturing die-casting machine parameters (such as injection speed and mold temperature) and linking them to specific Mold IDs—as well as laser marking systems and alloy spectrometers. This infrastructure enables traceability down to the VIN-code level. It ensures the consistency of raw materials, compliance with process parameters, and a closed-loop system for handling anomalies, thereby fully enabling our clients to mitigate risks.
