Applicable Media: Water, Steam, Air, Gas, Oil, etc.
Advantages: Low cost, good casting performance, strong vibration damping
Ductile Cast Iron (QT Series)
Example Grades: QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7
Applicable Pressure: PN ≤ 4.0 MPa
Applicable Temperature: -30℃ ~ 350℃
Advantages: Superior strength and toughness compared to gray cast iron, suitable for medium-pressure applications
Carbon Steel (Cast Steel)
Example Grades: WCA, WCB, WCC
Applicable Pressure: Medium to high pressure (up to 1500Lb)
Applicable Temperature: -29℃ ~ 425℃
Applications: Widely used in medium and high voltage systems in petroleum, chemical, and power industries.
Stainless Steel (Austenitic Stainless Steel)
Example Grades: CF8 (equivalent to 304), CF8M (equivalent to 316), CF3 (304L)
Applicable Temperature: -196℃ ~ 600℃
Advantages: Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Copper Alloy (Cast Copper)
Example Grades: ZCuSn3Zn11Pb4 (Tin Bronze), ZCuAl9Mn2 (Aluminum Bronze)
Applicable Temperature: -29℃ ~ 250℃ (some up to 350℃)
Advantages: Resistant to seawater and atmospheric corrosion, commonly used in ships and marine engineering.
Zinc Alloy
Features: Excellent casting performance, suitable for complex thin-walled structures.
Applications: Mostly used in low-pressure, small-diameter ball valves (such as household valves).
Limitations: Lower strength and temperature resistance, not suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
