Maximum weight: Investment casting is suitable for light parts. Usually, the weight of the casting is mostly 0.10 Newtons (i.e., tens of grams to several kilograms). It is more troublesome to produce too heavy castings by investment casting, but the weight of large investment castings has reached about 800 Newtons.
